Terms of service

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to enter this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. The service is not directed to children who cannot consent to online services on their own.

Plans, credits, and billing

Plan features, prices, credit amounts, upload limits, and generation capacity are shown at purchase and may change for future billing periods. Subscriptions renew until canceled. A scheduled cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Credits measure access to generation work, not a guaranteed number of acceptable commercial products. The application restores credits for certain recorded generation failures, but subjective dissatisfaction with a completed result is not automatically a failed generation.

Your uploads and responsibilities

You keep the rights you have in your prompts and uploaded material. You grant ColoringBookify and its processors a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and display that material only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service and to follow your visibility choices.

• You must have the necessary consent and rights for photos, faces, names, brands, logos, copyrighted characters, artwork, and any other material you upload or ask the service to reproduce.
• You may not use the service to violate copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, consumer-protection, or other rights; create unlawful or exploitative content; impersonate others; distribute malware; or interfere with the service.
• Making content public confirms that you are allowed to publish it. Public visibility does not transfer ownership to ColoringBookify or to other users.

Prohibited content and conduct

You may not upload, request, create, edit, store, publish, or distribute the following content through ColoringBookify. These rules apply whether the material is real, fictional, illustrated, edited, or AI-generated.

• Pornography, sexually explicit material, nudity, fetish content, sexual services, or other adult content.
• Any sexualized content involving, depicting, or appearing to depict a minor; child sexual abuse material; grooming; or any other exploitation or endangerment of children.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, voyeuristic material, or content used to facilitate harassment, extortion, coercion, or abuse.
• Obscene or profane content, including slurs, graphic bodily content, or material deliberately designed to shock, degrade, or offend.
• Hate speech, dehumanization, targeted harassment, credible threats, graphic or sadistic violence, or content promoting terrorism, self-harm, or suicide.
• Content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity, fraud, trafficking, dangerous weapons, illegal drugs, or evasion of law enforcement.
• Doxxing, identity theft, deceptive impersonation, or disclosure of private, identifying, financial, medical, or confidential information without authorization.
• Malware, phishing, spam, attempts to bypass safety controls, or activity that disrupts, probes, scrapes, or abuses the service or its providers.
• Other material that we reasonably determine is unlawful, unsafe, exploitative, or unsuitable for a general-audience creative service.

We may refuse a request, remove or restrict content, limit access, suspend or terminate an account, preserve relevant records, or report conduct when reasonably necessary to protect people, comply with law, enforce these terms, or protect the service and its providers. Serious or urgent violations may be acted on without prior notice.

Generated content and usage rights

Generative systems can produce inaccurate, unexpected, similar, or non-unique results. Review every output before using, sharing, printing, or selling it. ColoringBookify does not guarantee that an output is eligible for copyright, exclusive, non-infringing, accurate, or accepted by a marketplace.

Free and Hobby plans are for personal and internal non-commercial use. Business plans include the commercial-use permission described in our Commercial Use guidance for eligible outputs created while the Business plan is active. No plan grants rights in third-party material included in an input or output.

Third-party services and publishing

The service relies on third parties for AI processing, storage, payments, email, analytics, printing, and other operations. Their availability and rules can change. Amazon KDP, Stripe, print providers, and other third parties are not controlled by ColoringBookify.

KDP tools prepare files and guidance; they do not publish on your behalf. You are responsible for your marketplace account, disclosures, taxes, pricing, quality review, rights clearance, and compliance with current third-party terms.

Service changes, suspension, and availability

We may update, limit, or discontinue features and may suspend accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risks. We try to provide a reliable service, but generation, storage, downloads, and integrations may fail or be interrupted.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, marketplace approval, sales, revenue, or legal outcome. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
