Commercial use and Amazon KDP

What the Business plan permits

Subject to these terms and applicable law, an active Business subscriber may reproduce, edit, print, market, distribute, and sell eligible outputs created through the account while the Business plan is active. This includes coloring books, activity pages, client deliverables, classroom or branded materials, physical products, and files prepared for Amazon KDP.

You may continue using those eligible outputs after the subscription ends. New commercial generation and Business-only tooling require an active eligible plan.

What this permission does not provide

• It does not grant rights to a photo, logo, brand, celebrity likeness, copyrighted character, artwork, font, or other third-party material you did not have the right to use.
• It does not guarantee copyright registration, exclusivity, trademark clearance, non-infringement, marketplace acceptance, print quality, sales, or revenue.
• It does not make ColoringBookify your publisher, employer, agent, legal adviser, or partner, and it does not transfer another user's private or public content to you.
• It does not authorize resale of access to the service, model extraction, or distribution of source assets obtained from another account.

Your review and rights clearance

You are responsible for reviewing prompts, generated images, text, metadata, and exported files before commercial use. Remove unexpected brands or protected elements, confirm permissions for recognizable people and private property, and obtain professional advice when rights are uncertain.

AI-output copyright rules vary by country and can depend on human creative contribution. Keep records of your prompts, edits, selection, arrangement, and other authorship, but do not assume that every generated element is protectable or exclusive.

Amazon KDP responsibilities

ColoringBookify supplies preparation tools and guidance only. You publish through your own KDP account and remain responsible for Amazon's current content, quality, intellectual-property, pricing, tax, and disclosure requirements. Amazon currently requires disclosure of AI-generated text, images, or translations and requires publishers to hold the necessary publishing rights.

• Review the cover and interior PDFs in KDP Previewer before submitting.
• Accurately answer KDP's AI-generated-content questions.
• Confirm trim, bleed, margins, page count, metadata, and customer-facing quality.
• Respond directly to any rights, quality, or account-status request from Amazon.

Client work and attribution

You may deliver eligible outputs to a client as part of your own product or service, but you are responsible for the client agreement and for ensuring the client understands these limitations. ColoringBookify does not require attribution unless a separate feature or third-party asset expressly says otherwise.
